International Transportation Process

Item will be shipped within 2 working days after full payment is received.

Packing center in Hong Kong and it takes 15 business days (not included Saturday and Sunday, and Public Holidays) for arrival. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, it may takes up to 20-30 business days. Customs Clearance may require more days for some country but may not excess 60 business days.

We only ship to the approved address given in PayPal payment. Please make sure payment address in PayPal is correct. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered on PayPal are not in our full refund or replacement policy.

If the customer pay for the insurance, there will a tracking no to check the status of the parcel online (www.hongkongpost.com), if without insurance, we can not offer the tracking no to customer.

Please note: Some countries will have custom duty / tax for certain items. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all endued custom duty or tax. We are not responsible for any custom duty or tax since our price don't include this charge.

Please understand that International shipping requires more complicated shipping procedures (such as both countries customs, transit stations etc.), shipping time will be highly depended on the courier company and local customs/duties. it will probably take longer time for your items to arrive at the final destination.
